All but the Ramsey contingent were able to be at Mom and Dad’s yesterday for Thanksgiving. We were all especially thankful to have Mom and Dad safe and sound after their car accident of a few weeks ago, and to see Mom finally feeling better. She had a hard time trying not to laugh – which is uncomfortable with broken ribs – and I admit we were probably not doing our best to be sober and serious.
We prayed, we ate, the kids did their annual Mayflower play, there was piano playing, singing, dishwashing, a birthday cake and 3 birthday girls, presents to open, Trivial Pursuit (the old version), ping pong, a trip to the neighbor’s horse barn, running around outside, games in the basement, jumping in the ball pit, and lots and lots of laughing.
Preparations the day before…

And then Thanksgiving Day at Grandma and Grandpa’s!
still more cousins!
I hope yours was equally as wonderful! Happy Thanksgiving!
